Order Processing Time

All valid orders submitted on this website will be processed within 12 to 24 hours.
Once the order is shipped, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you reserved, which contains key information about the delivery logistics.

International Delivery

• Delivery time: After the order is shipped, it will be delivered within 7-10 working days (the actual time may be adjusted according to the logistics customs clearance efficiency and local delivery rules of the destination country/region).

• Shipping fee policy: The international shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on factors such as your delivery address and the weight/volume of the ordered products. The calculation result will be clearly displayed during your checkout process. Confirming the order will be deemed as acceptance of the shipping fee amount.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number and official tracking link to your reserved email address. You can use this link to check the real-time delivery status, logistics nodes and other information of your package.
