1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3. PRODUCTS & HANDCRAFTED NATURE

All our jian zhan (temmoku tea bowls) are handcrafted and kiln‑fired. Each piece is unique – variations in glaze flow, iron crystal spots, size, and color tone are not defects but the signature of authentic kiln art. We have made every effort to display product images as accurately as possible, but slight differences between the photo and the actual piece may occur due to kiln transmutation and screen settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information will meet your exact expectations, though we strive for excellence.

4. EUROPEAN CONSUMER RIGHTS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

*Note: For hygiene reasons or clearly personalized/customized goods, the right of withdrawal may be restricted under EU law. However, we fully comply with all statutory warranty requirements for defective or damaged items.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (or the jurisdiction of our registered business address).
